"I needed to have deadbolts installed and a change or two made to existing door knobs to keep my husband with Alzheimer's from wandering. Especially important since we live on the Guide with heavy traffic and share property with a fabrication shop.
It was a bit stressful for me and he was patient as we worked out what I needed done where and got down to it.
As he was gathering up his stuff there was a minor accidental spill onto a large area carpet we have and he felt so bad about it he cut his fee in half and as his guilt got the best of him he said he'd drop it down to $0.00. I refused. He had done a stellar job, we were moving in 5 months (and probably have to give it away anyway).
I insisted he had earned every penny and I would pay the reduced amount gladly. Then he mentioned that he had re-keyed some of the locks so I needed fewer keys (keys for two exit doors and the upstairs door--and two external doors (to laundry room and door to the driveway plus dead bolts (4).
This world needs more people like him."

"This should be the company you go to for your locksmithing needs. Just an absolutely professional, cordial professional. Knowledgeable, thoughtful and meticulous. I don’t leave reviews very often but this is your Whatcom county locksmith who puts in a genuine good days of work I live in Lynden and he kept in communication for his arrival time. End of the day, which worked for me and would be exactly how I would plan my day being close to the shop. He reminded me of Cooter from Dukes of Hazzard. Nothing fancy but definitely the guy you want on the job to be done right. Never thought I’d be this impressed with a locksmith. Great info on Honda keys as well. So glad I called. "
